Raw Material Selection
- High-quality Coil/Sheets are used
- Materials are tested for thickness, strength, and surface quality
- Compliance with industry standards for transformer applicaons
Sheet Cutting , forming & Assembly
- Sheets are cut to required sizes using machines
- Surface cleaning and degreasing are performed
- Edges are prepared for forming and welding
- Seam and spot machines are used for join overlapped metal sheets by applying electrical current and pressure to fuse the materials together.
- Edge and Side trimming machines are used to remove irregularities, smooth sharp corners, and achieve exact dimensions.
Welding Process
- Seam welding / MIG welding for joining panels
- Fully welded joints to ensure leak-proof construction
- Skilled welding ensures structural strength
Header & Flange Fabrication
- Inlet and outlet headers are fabricated
- Flanges are welded for transformer mounting
- Proper alignment ensures easy installation
Leak Testing (Air Pressure Test)
- Radiators are filled with air under pressure
- Submerged in water or tested with detection systems
- Ensures zero leakage before further processing
Surface Treatment
- Shot blasting / sand blasting to remove rust and scale
- Chemical cleaning and phosphating
- Improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance
Painng / Coating
- Applicaon of an-corrosive primer
- Final coang with heat-resistant paint
Final Inspecon & Quality Check
- Dimensional inspecon
- Weld quality check
- Pressure re-tesng if required
- Visual and finishing inspecon
Packing & Dispatch
- Proper packing to prevent damage during transport
- Radiators are sealed and protected
- Ready for delivery to transformer manufacturers or sites
